- You are invited to follow us along on our journey attempting to live life to the fullest. We write about very random things from homeschooling, homesteading, adoption, books, crafts, gardening, herbs, healthy living, international adoption and of course our adorable children. Our part in this time is to be the parents to 5 beautiful children given to us as gifts from God. We live our life on a small "farmette" dreaming of living a self-sufficient life all the while realizing that it is nearly impossible in this modern age. We were called by God in February of 2007 to adopt a little boy from Liberia, West Africa who has some special needs. He came home to our family in March of 2008. It was a big step and a big leap of faith but our God is big and we believe that He who calls you is faithful and he will do it. This is our story...

Hey, that's really good. I remember an evangelist saying a man was going to rob him and pointed a gun at him. The evangelist said, something to the effect that it wouldn't scare him to die , because he would go to heaven. I think we all should "sound off" more.
